2 This home is a superb location just steps away from the beach and we loved that! On the other hand, it's in critical need of updating. Every part of this house needs some TLC. Previous reviews described the outdoor spigot not working - it is actually still not working. So the house acquired a lot of sand in it.We experienced a great time! Amethys
